Abstract

The invention provides a real-time measurement-evaluation system for an operation manner and strength of a handle. A sensing module obtains state change during pressing, bending or torsion of a handletype rod in real time, a signal collecting and conditioning module processes an obtained signal, data is transmitted to a PC end via a wireless communication module, and manipulation level evaluation, quantitative strength evaluation and skilled degree evaluation are implemented; a machine learning algorithm is used in the manipulation level evaluation, manipulation difference between an operatorand a skilled one is extracted automatically and quantified; in quantitative strength evaluation, a time-frequency spectrum of the operator is compared with that of the skilled one to obtain a quantitative difference in the strength; and a complexity index in the signal is used to evaluate difference between the skilled degree of the operator and that of the skilled one. Thus, similarity as wellas concrete difference between the practical operator and the skilled one in the aspects of manipulation and strength is provided, the quantitative evaluation index is provided, and guidance is provided for manipulation and strength training of the operator.
