On a laser emission end, the laser is cooperated with the phased array unit.The laser and the phased array unit carry out quantity matching setting according to a demand and are cooperatively used so as to carry out multi-dimensional scanning. A traditional mechanical rotation device is not needed, cost is low and measurement reliability is high.
