The inner tube is provided with four longitudinal guide sliding grooves extending in the central line direction of the inner tube; the tube wall of the inner tube is provided with an elastic part and a positioning through hole, the first piston comprises a first seal plug and a first pull handle provided with an inwards protruding annular blocking table, the second piston comprises asecond seal plug and a second pull handle, and the outer wall of the second pull handle is provided with positioning convex plates matched with the longitudinal guide sliding grooves.
