The invention discloses an electric intelligent bracelet based field safety management and control system, which comprises multiple bracelet modules and a background server, wherein the bracelet modules are worn on hands of constructors; the background server is wirelessly connected with the bracelet modules; each bracelet module comprises a CPU module, a physiological sensor, a fingerprint sensor, a communication module and a GPS module; and the CPU modules are all electrically connected with the physiological sensors, the fingerprint sensors, the communication modules and the GPS modules. Byusing the system, an intelligent bracelet device and a background data analysis system are integrated; and an electric construction field is visualized through the identity identification, physiological characteristic monitoring and positioning function of a bracelet. The safety management in a conventional safety management module can be carried out separately; the deficiencies that a detail islacked and the beforehand early warning intervention is lacked in an operation process are improved; further, the conventional safety management is upgraded to a management mode which is transparent in operation process, controllable in critical operational node and predictable in safety effect; and the nipping-in-the-bud ability of an electric department is increased.
