The method comprises the following steps in order: step one, emptying a PLMN list, scanning all operator networks surrounding the current environment, acquiring signal intensity of each operator network, and updating the signal intensity of each operator network to the PLMN list; step two, selecting the operator networkwith the best signal intensity in the PLMN list to establish the network connection; step three, periodically checking the network quality of service of the operator network in current use; step four, judging whether a switchable operator network is existent in the PLMN list, if the switchable operator network is existent in the PLMN list, performing step two and forbidding the operator network before switching in the PLMN list, or performing the step one; and step five, continuously using the currently used operator network and performing the step three.
