The method comprises the following steps: collecting GPS track data of the vehicle inan appointed region and screening and pre-processing the GPS track data of the vehicle; selecting a distance value M to lattice the appointed region; filling corresponding speeds of the latticed grids according to the GPS track data of the vehicle; and calculating the driving time between any two intersections in the appointed region by taking each grid as one intersection.
