A method comprises the steps that meeting access requests are received, and whether resources of current MCUs of access meeting places satisfy the fact of accessing all attended meeting places or not is judged; and under the condition that the resources of the current MCUs do not satisfy the fact ofaccessing all meeting places which can attend a meeting in the meeting access requests, all attended meeting places are split into at least two parts, the resources of the current MCUs are allocatedto a part of meeting places in the attended meeting places, and the resources of the other MCUs are allocated to the meeting places to which the resources are not allocated, in the attended meeting places. The other MCUs are different from the current MCUs. Through application of the methods and the devices, the MCU resources can be utilized fully, and a utilization rate of ht MCU resources is improved.
