The new method obtains the components and proportions of the extract through screening, so that antibiotics with different properties can be extracted at the same time, realizing the accurate detection of more antibiotics at the same time. During the detection, the overall RSD of the 45 antibiotics was reduced, the detection error was significantly reduced, and the detection accuracy was improved.
