When a target train runs into a preset section on a first line,a VOBC on the target train obtains a line number of a second line and loads a corresponding second line configuration file according to the line number of the second line; when the target train runs through a junction point of the first line and the second line, the VOBC switches a first line configuration file into the second line configuration file and loads a configuration file of a line, whichthe off-line train runs to, through the off-line train before the off-line train crosses the lines, so as to guarantee that the reading of the VOBC to the current configuration file is not affected in the loading process; and therefore, the train operation efficiency is enhanced, and meanwhile, the resource utilization rate is also increased.
