The system comprises a vehicle and the unmannedaerial vehicle; the unmanned aerial vehicle collects lower obstacle information; the unmanned aerial vehicle is further configured to determine an azimuth angle of the obstacle relative to the vehicle according to the lower obstacle information; and the unmanned aerial vehicle is further configured to send the azimuth angle to the vehicle for enabling the vehicle to increase a collection frequency of a vehicle-mounted radar corresponding to the azimuth angle to a preset high frequency higher than an initial preset frequency according to the azimuth angle, and meanwhile, identify a vehicle shot image which is currently shot by a vehicle-mounted camera and corresponds to the azimuth angle in preference to other vehicle shot images, so that the obstacle which is shielded or relatively remoteis detected by the unmanned aerial vehicle in advance, and the vehicle is controlled to take corresponding measures in advance.
