According to the method, a mobile phone client obtains a constant-value unique identifier of a screen cabinet wherepressing plates are located, a row number and a column number of the pressing plates are obtained to generate a recognition frame for sampled images, a mobile phone camera is used for shooting and sampling the pressing plates, sampled images are uploaded to a cloud server, the cloud server carries out image recognition and a current pressing plate state is returned to the mobile phone client; themobile phone client automatically matches and checks the current pressing plate state with a pre-obtained terminal standard pressing plate state to judge the consistency therebetween; and an analysisreport is generated, and if the current pressing plate state is not matched with the terminal standard pressing plate state, marking and automatic alarm are carried out.
