Abstract

The invention discloses a control circuit, method and device of a rewinder, and relates to the technical field of automatic control. The control method mainly comprises the steps that a motion factor of the rewinder is obtained; the current operation speed is obtained; according to the current speed and the motion factor, the deceleration distance and the inching distance of the rewinder are calculated; the maximum shutdown distance of the rewinder is calculated, and the maximum shutdown distance is the sum of the deceleration distance and the inching distance; whether the target distance is greater than the maximum shutdown distance or not is judged, and the target distance is the distance from the current positionto the target position; if the result is no, a stop signal is generated and sent; if a PLC responds to a shutdown signal and stops the rewinder, inching signals are generated and continuously sent; the target distance is detected; and if the target distance is less than a preset tolerance error, the inching signals stop being sent. The control circuit, method and device of the rewinder are mainlyused in the process of controlling the rewinder.
