The invention discloses a method and a device for restraining the rotating speed fluctuation of an air conditioner compressor. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a shaft error reflecting thedeviation between the actual position and the estimated position of a compressor rotor; carrying out filtering treatment on the shaft error, obtaining a correction shaft error and a corresponding angular velocity compensation dosage thereof, wherein at least one part of the shaft error fluctuation of the correction shaft error is filtered; compensating the angular velocity compensation dosage intothe output angular velocity of a phase-locked loop regulator in a phase-locked loop of the compressor so as to obtain a compensated angular velocity output quantity; extracting the direct current component of the angular velocity compensation quantity, adopting the direct current component and the output angular velocity of the phase-locked loop regulator as input variables, and inputting the input variables into the speed loop regulator of a speed loop for controlling the compressor; according to the compensated angular velocity output quantity, correcting the real-time angular velocity forcontrolling the compressor; and controlling the compressor according to the corrected real-time angular velocity and the output torque of the speed loop regulator. By applying the method, the fluctuation suppression effectiveness of the compressor rotating speed can be improved.
