Abstract

The invention discloses an identification method of a miRNA functional module and a system thereof. The identification method comprises the steps of acquiring a to-be-analyzed miRNA database; calculating similarity between two random miRNAs, and obtaining the similarity between two random miRNAs; constructing an undirected graph of the miRNA; wherein the summits in the undirected graph are to-be-analyzed miRNAs, and the weight of the side between two adjacent summits is the similarity between two different miRNAs which correspond with the two summits; obtaining a target function in which density is used as an evolution plan; by means of a single-target genetic algorithm, using a highest value of the target function as a target, and obtaining all un-allocated sub-graph of the undirected graph; and determining all un-allocated sub-graphs as the identified miRNA functional modules. The identification method and the system thereof are advantages in that simple realization is obtained; thedensity is used as the target function for identifying the miRNA functional module, thereby supplying valuable clues for medical diagnosis.
