The invention discloses a method for realizing business process automation by managing, calling and monitoring an RPA robot, which comprises the following steps: newly adding a robot on a platform system, and finishing uploading and deploying a robot code; completing the flow registration, defining the workflow and the nodes thereof, and setting the workflow priority; obtaining a workflow instancelist by calling a platform robot starting API and starting the robot; the robot is called and automatically pushes the process management instance to advance or retreat; and the robot state information is updated and returned to the platform system for data statistics and data visualization. According to the invention, RPA management, calling, data transmission, data callback, business rollback and other operations are realized, customer analysis of data is realized, and sufficient data analysis support is provided for flow improvement and efficiency improvement in the future.
