Abstract

The invention relates to a unified routing method, device and system based on data attribute matching. The method comprises the following steps: pre-storing a corresponding relation between a callingnumber of at least one pre-stored user and a preset user level, and a service priority level of at least one seat corresponding to at least one telephone platform; for each telephone platform in at least one external telephone platform, the following steps are executed: when the telephone platform receives an incoming call called by a current user, determining a calling number of the incoming call; determining whether the calling number of the incoming call has a corresponding user level or not according to the corresponding relationship; if yes, determining a target seat from at least one seat according to the determined user level and service priority; and forwarding the incoming call to the target seat. According to the scheme, the telephone route distribution and telephone platform communication functions can be decoupled.
