The method comprises the following steps: 1, associating a subitem evaluation table with a report; 2, associating the sub-item evaluation appendage with a report; 3, selecting a subitem engineering node as a summary node according to the WBS structure tree; 4, according to the quotation relationship between thesub-item engineering nodes and the related process engineering nodes, the detection points and the qualified points of all the inspection items in the report are quoted to a sub-item evaluation table, and the actual measurement data of the report are quoted to a sub-item evaluation attached table; 5, establishing a public field table, and introducing the public data content in each sub-item evaluation table into the public field table; 6, selecting branch engineering nodes as summarizing nodes according to the WBS structure tree; and 7, summarizing the public data contents of the related sub-item evaluation tables into the corresponding sub-evaluation tables from the public field table.
