The structure comprises a measuring pipe section and a measuring host arranged outside the measuringpipe section, the measuring pipe section is provided with a fluid channel, a packaging part is fixedly arranged on the measuring pipe section and can deform when force is applied onto the packaging part, the resistance strain sensor is arranged in the packaging part and sealed and insulated by the packaging part, the resistance strain sensor comprises an elastic element and a resistance strain sheet, the elastic element simultaneously extends into the fluid channel along with local of the packaging part and deforms based on impact of fluid, the resistance strain sheet is arranged on the surface of the elastic element in a fitted manner, resistance of the resistance strain sheet is changed along with deformation of the elastic element, the resistance strain sheet is electrically connected with the measuring host, and a resistance value of the resistance strain sheet is transmitted to the measuring host. The structure has the advantages that a structure of a traditional mechanical watermeter is changed, and a mechanical structure of the water meter is transformed into an electronic mode, so that good bases are provided for multi-function and intelligence of the water meter and the flow meter.
