A PIS server and a vehicle-mounted station are accessed to an LTE wireless access network based on broadband trunking communication (BTrunc). After the LTE wireless access network based on BTrunc controls the vehicle-mounted station to realize cluster grouping, the PISserver performs multicast of communication information in the cluster group through the LTE wireless access network based on BTrunc, so that the vehicle-mounted station in the cluster group is released through the visual equipment connected with the vehicle-mounted station after receiving the communication information. In this way, due to the fact that the LTE wireless access network based on BTrunc is introduced into the rail transit system, communication information transmission of the PIS service is carried out on the vehicle-mounted station in a trunking communication mode.
