Cogging forces of the master secondary module and the slave secondary module are positive values at a front half period and are negative values at a rear half period, a cogging force of the slave secondary module is a negative value at the front half period and positive value at the rear half period, the cogging force generated by the master secondary module and the cogging force generated by the slave secondary module are highly complementary in waveform, and the master secondary module and the matched slave secondary module are combined in a block way along a secondary moving direction.
