Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides an array substrate, a liquid display panel and a liquid display device and relates to the technical field of liquid crystal display. A problem of uneven thickness of the liquid crystal box due to a reason that a main insulation mat falls in a via hole of a first flat layer can be improved. The array substrate comprises a thin film transistor, the first flatlayer, a pixel electrode and a padding layer which are arranged on the first substrate in sequence; the first flat layer has the via hole; the pixel electrode penetrates the via hole of the first flat layer to be electrically connected with the drain electrode of the thin film transistor; the pixel electrode recesses at the via hole to form a concave part; and the padding part is at least arranged in the concave part.
