Abstract

The invention provides a defect detection method and device for a circuit board. The method comprises the following steps of: obtaining a shot image of a tested circuit board; carrying out pixel information difference on corresponding pixels of the shot image and the standard image; obtaining a difference value of the corresponding pixel; synthesizing the pixel information of each pixel of the shot image with the differential value of the corresponding pixel; obtaining an input image according to the input image of a tested circuit board, inputting the input image into a trained classificationmodel to determine defect information of the tested circuit board according to the output of the classification model, and learning the classification model to obtain image features of the input image corresponding to the circuit boards with various defects. Because the classification model learns to obtain the image features of the input images corresponding to the circuit boards with various defects, the differential value is added to the pixel information of the shot image for image feature extraction, the input data of the classification model can be enriched, and the accuracy and efficiency of defect detection of the detected circuit board can be improved.
