The optimization method comprises the steps of collecting a load state ofa user side and an operation state of an operator side in an industrial park; establishing a thermoelectric coupling model according to the actual load of the user side; establishing an electric loadmodel and a thermal load model of the user side according to the actual load of the user side and the thermoelectric coupling model; establishing an operator-side unit operation model in the industrial park according to the operator-side unit operation state; determining a benefit function of the user and the operator according to a unit operation model, the electric load model of the user side and the thermal load model; and calculating the game strategy with the highest benefits of the user side and the operation side by adopting a master-slave game framework according to the benefit function.
