Abstract

The cooling holder comprises a housing; the housing is provided with a passage for a cast piece to pass through; a water spraying device and a damping device are arranged inside the housing, wherein the water spraying device is used for spraying water to the cast piece which passes through the passage; the damping device clings to the cast piece in order to prevent shock of the cast piece; and the water spraying device and the damping device are sequentially arranged inside the housing in the pass-through direction of the cast piece in the passage so that the damping device can cling to the cast piece which is cooled by the water spraying device. The water spraying device and the damping device are sequentially arranged inside the housing in the direction where the cast piece passes through the passage, so the cast piece can be firstly cooled by the water spraying device after entering the passage and then clings to the damping device; when the cast piece is subjected to shock transmitted by a pulling device, the damping device can achieve a damping effect in order to prevent the shock from being transmitted to the outlet of a casting mold so that the surface smoothness of the cast piece is not affected, therefore the stability of the cast piece in a production process is greatly improved, and the surface smoothness of the cast piece is improved.
