Abstract

The invention discloses a rail transit network restoration decision-making system and method aiming at improving toughness. The system comprises a network topology structure module, a fault monitoringmodule, an action set generation module and an action decision module, wherein the network topology structure module is used for storing an actual rail transit network structure into the module, so that a computer can identify, store and process the actual rail transit network structure; the fault monitoring module is used for monitoring whether the rail transit network is completely connected ornot, receiving external fault information and generating a network adjacency matrix under a fault; the action set generation module is used for automatically generating a selectable repair scheme according to the type of the fault and available repair materials after the fault is detected; and the action decision module comprises a network toughness evaluation module and an optimal scheme recommendation module, and selects a scheme with the strongest toughness as a recommendation scheme by evaluating the performance of the network toughness under different repair schemes.
