The method comprises the following steps of when,an OPCUA request message is sent each time, 1 is added to a value of a Request parameter in an OPCUA request message header; an OPCUA request message is sent to the server, recording the number of times of sending the OPCUA request message; in response to the OPCUA response message, a value of a Request parameter is recorded in an OPCUA response message header into a Request parameter list, and an auxiliary integer variable is recorded in an OPCUA response message body into an auxiliary integer variable list; the server responds to the OPCUA request message, 1is added to the value of the auxiliary integer variable, the auxiliary integer variable is placed in an OPCUA response message body, the OPCUA response message is sent to the client, and the number of times of sending the OPCUA response message is recorded.
