Abstract

The invention relates to a disease-resistant gene and protein for controlling plant evasion aphid resistance character and an application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of biological engineering. By the adoption of the disease-resistant gene and protein for controlling the plant evasion aphid resistance character and the application thereof, a candidate gene is boldly predicted according to a gene function and a re-sequencing result, a specific upstream primer is designed by inserting a 20bp sequence at 400bp upstream of an initiation codon of the disease-resistant gene (ppa000596m), a downstream primer is designed by a downstream conservative region of a termination codon of the ppa000596m gene, and the disease-resistant gene which is completely absent in a peach genome is obtained by amplification. The existence of the gene is coseparated from the aphid resistance character, and an expression mode of a new gene is further analyzed, the result shows that the expression ofthe gene in a group is consistent with the aphid resistance of a single plant, and the new gene is a new disease-resistant gene for controlling peach tree evation aphid resistance character. The geneand the encoded protein thereof can be applied to multiple aspects such as aphid-resistant single plant screening, plant aphid-resistant character enhancement, peach aphid-resistant variety breedingand the like.
