Embodiment Construction

[0021] The present invention will be described in detail below by means of the accompanying drawings.

[0022] Such as figure 1 As shown, the invention provides an icebreaker for continuous icebreaking, including a hull, and an icebreaking device is respectively provided on both sides of the hull. , the second section mechanical support 1-4, the hydraulic starting device 1-7 and the cone head structure 1-8, the first section mechanical support 1-2 is arranged on the side of the hull, and the second section mechanical support 1-4 is connected with the mechanical support 1-2 at the first end through the shaft-coupling rotator 1-3, and the cone structure 1-8 is connected with the mechanical support 1-4 at the second section.

[0023] When the icebreaker is breaking ice continuously, the cone head structure 1-8 cones hit the ice floes on both sides to reduce the resistance it receives during navigation. When there is huge resistance during continuous ice breaking, the ice breaki...

Abstract

The invention provides an icebreaker for breaking ice by using a continuation method. The icebreaker comprises a hull, wherein ice breaking devices are separately arranged on two broadsides of the hull; the ice breaking devices comprise first section mechanical brackets, coupling rotators, second section mechanical brackets, hydraulic starting devices and tapered-tip-type structures; the first section mechanical brackets are arranged at the broadsides of the hull; the second section mechanical brackets and the first section mechanical brackets are connected by the coupling rotators; and the tapered-tip-type structures are connected to the second section mechanical brackets. The icebreaker, provided by the invention, for breaking ice by using the continuation method uses the tapered-tip-type structures to give an instantaneous impact force on the vertical section of an ice layer under the action of the hydraulic devices before the icebreaker contacts the ice layer; and the icebreaker can repeatedly hit the ice layer to destroy the internal structure of the ice layer and increase the breakability of the ice layer, thereby reducing the resistance during continuous ice breaking. The icebreaker can also be used for destroying ice floes on two sides of the icebreaker during navigation, thereby reducing the lateral pressure of the ice floes on the broadsides of the hull and reducing the wear-out failure.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of shipbuilding, in particular to an icebreaker for continuous icebreaking. Background technique [0002] In 1864, the Russians refitted a small ship "Pirot" into the world's first icebreaker to keep the route from Kronstadt to Oranienbaum open during the frozen period. The Russian-built "Yermak" icebreaker was the first icebreaker to sail in the Arctic. Since the 19th century, icebreakers have been continuously developed. Icebreakers are service ships used to break the ice on the water surface, open up waterways, ensure ships enter and exit ice-covered ports and anchorages, or guide ships to navigate in ice areas. Most European and American countries are located in extremely cold regions, and the rivers have been frozen for a long time, which is not conducive to the travel of ships. Therefore, these countries attach great importance to the development of icebreaker technology. On the other hand, with th...
