The lifting rotary platform comprises a static platform, a movable platformand a lifting mechanism, wherein the lifting mechanism is arranged between the static platform and the movable platform; a rotary feeding platform is arranged on the movable platform. The lifting mechanism comprises a plurality of spiral lifting mechanisms and is used for driving parallel mechanisms. Each parallel mechanism consists of the static platform, the movable platform and six parallel branch chains connecting the static platform and the movable platform; any parallel branch chains are connected in series by five parallelogram mechanisms to form a parallelogram telescopic chain; rigidshafts penetrate through the parallelogram telescopic chains.
