Abstract

The invention discloses an application of LINC02159 to diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary adenocarcinoma. Through high-flux sequencing and bioinformatics analysis, the expression up regulation of the LINC02159 in patients suffering from pulmonary adenocarcinoma is found for the first time, besides, through QPCR, the feasibility of the LINC02159 as a molecular marker to be applied to diagnosis ofthe pulmonary adenocarcinoma is subjected to large sample verification, and a new means is provided for accurate diagnosis and individualized treatment of the pulmonary adenocarcinoma.
