Abstract

The invention discloses an invasion detection system and method. The system comprises an invasion detection system processor, which is coupled to a plurality of environmental change event sensors through communication. The environmental change event sensors are arranged in an ATM shell with a CPU and are independent to the CUP of the ATM. The invasion detection system processor can response to environmental change notification from one or more of the environmental change event sensors. In a predetermined period, effective verification can be input, if the invasion detection system processor does not receive effective verification in the predetermined period, the invasion detection system processor will cut off the power supply of the ATM automatically.
