Abstract

Based on the characteristics that the minimum transmission arc cut set can represent paths between all source vertices and target vertices and contains theminimum number of transmission arcs, the key link sequence is detected in the minimum transmission arc cut set, the search space can be reduced, and the calculation time is effectively shortened.
