Abstract

According to the method, original oblique ionospheretime delay TEC is acquired; the oblique TEC is converted into vertical TEC by means of an inclination factor; a radial basis function with a multi-multivariate quadratic function adopted as a basis function is built according to the longitude and latitude of an observation sample, and the corresponding vertical TEC; a linear matrix equation is constructed with the continuous radial basis function; optimal coefficients are resolved; a linear matrix equation set is reconstructed through the optimal coefficients; and the accurate ionosphere time delay prediction values of various grid points ora given position are obtained. The accurate modeling method provided by the invention not only can provide data support for the theoretical research of ionosphere morphology, but also provides accurate ionosphere refraction correction values for the majority of GNSS single-frequency users. With the method of the invention adopted, the problem of navigation positioning precision reduction due to data missing is solved, and the service performance of a space application system which uses radio as a transmission beacon is further improved.
