Protrusions are formed on the surface of the functional layer through the particles, so that the anti-adhesion effect is achieved. Moreover, in a direction parallel to the surface of the flat portion and perpendicular to thesurface of the flat portion, the sizes of the protrusions are respectively 5-30 micrometers and 0.1-3 micrometers. Therefore, the size in the vertical direction is far smaller than the size in the parallel direction, and the slope of the protrusion is small, and the protrusion smoothly transits to the flat part.
