The embodiment of the invention discloses a composition for regulating microecological balance of skin and a preparation method of the composition. The composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight of 0.1-10 parts of beta-glucan, 0.1-8 parts of ecological nutritive liquid, 0.1-3 parts of bifida ferment lysates, 0.1-6 parts of lactobacilli/soybean milk fermentation product filtrate, 0.1-10 parts of bacillus fermentation products, 0.1-6 parts of biologic glycine-2, 0.1-1 part of carboxymethyl chitosan and 0.1-1 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate. The composition disclosed by the invention has the functions of regulating flora, resisting inflammation and performing relieving stress; through combined action of prebiotics and postbiotics, microorganisms which arebeneficial to health of skin are supported, the growth of pathogenic bacteria is competitively inhibited, besides, the proliferation of pathogenic bacteria causing flora disorder is restrained throughbiologic polypeptide, and the balance of skin flora is restored; and then the pH environment of the skin is regulated, and the dermatitis reactions are reduced, so that microorganism protective screens of the skin are repaired, and the defence capability of the skin is improved.
