Abstract

The invention discloses a thickness measuring device comprising a transmitter, a receiver, a PLC controller and an actuator, wherein a rotor disk to be measured is located between the transmitter andthe receiver and can block part of signals emitted from the transmitter in the thickness direction thereof; the transmitter and receiver can move on both sides of the rotor disk, and the receiver sends the received signal to the PLC controller in real time; and the actuator is used to drive the transmitter and receiver to move. During the measurement, the transmitter and the receiver are controlled to simultaneously move on both sides of the rotor disk, and the received signal is processed by the PLC controller according to the principle that the thicknesses of the rotor disk at different positions are different in effect of blocking the signal, thereby obtaining the thickness values of a plurality of continuous positions of the rotor disk, and obtaining the maximum value, the minimum value and the average value of the thicknesses. The measurement result is more accurate and the measurement efficiency is higher than the conventional method of determining the thickness of the rotor diskonly based on individual positions.
