The preparation method comprises dripping a disalicylaldehyde solution into a 2-pyridine formylhydrazine solution, heating and refluxing to separate out a solid, cooling, filtering by suction, and washing to obtain the fluorescent probe. The detection limit of the probe for aluminum ions in a DMF solution is 6.21* 10<-8> mol / L, the fluorescence intensity isenhanced by 302 times, and the complexing ratio of probe molecules to aluminum ions is 1: 2.
