Problems solved by technology

[0005] In this way, regardless of the coating method or the lamination method, the process of peeling the sensor substrate from the support is included in the manufacturing process. However, when the sensor substrate is peeled from the support, the sensor may be damaged. Flexible substrates used in substrates will flex

Abstract

The invention relates to a radiation detector, and a radiographic image capturing device. This radiation detector is provided with: a sensor board including a flexible substrate, and a layer which is provided on a first surface of the substrate and in which are formed a plurality of pixels which accumulate charge generated in accordance with light converted from radiation; a converting layer which is provided on the first surface side of the sensor board and which converts radiation into said light; and a resilient layer which is provided on the opposite side of the converting layer to the side on which the sensor board is provided, and which has a higher restoring force with respect to flexing than that of the sensor board.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a radiation detector and a radiation image capture device. Background technique [0002] Conventionally, there are known radiographic imaging devices that perform radiographic imaging for the purpose of medical diagnosis. Such a radiation imaging device uses a radiation detector for detecting radiation transmitted through a subject and generating a radiation image. [0003] Examples of radiation detectors include a conversion layer such as a scintillator that converts radiation into light, and a sensor substrate provided with a plurality of pixels that accumulate charges generated in response to light converted by the conversion layer. As such a radiation detector, a radiation detector using a flexible base material as a sensor substrate is known (for example, refer to International Publication No. WO2010 / 070735). By using a flexible base material, for example, the weight of a radiation imaging device (radiation detec...
