Abstract

The invention provides a new straightening process method of a double-metal composite plate. The method comprises the following steps that a large-deformation straightening process method is adopted,and during the large-deformation straightening process, the composite plate gains three different stress-strain states after entering a straightening roll to be straightened, wherein the correspondingstress-strain states comprise the following three steps: early-stage straightening force calculating, middle-stage straightening force calculating and later-stage straightening force calculating. According to the new straightening process method of the double-metal composite plate, by following different stress-strain states of the double-metal composite plate during straightening process and taking into account of the influence of neutral layer offset on the straightening accuracy, a more precise straightening force model is establish, thus improving the straightening precision and product quality.
