Abstract

The invention relates to a cross-enterprise flow management method and system. The cross-enterprise flow management method comprises the steps: building a virtual team, and enabling the members of thevirtual team to comprise the related personnel of at least two enterprises; carrying out process configuration on the virtual team to enable members of the virtual team to get up or approve an electronic process; and after the electronic process is drafted, circulating the electronic process among the members of the virtual team according to a specified circulation sequence. According to the scheme provided by the invention, specific business processes are taken as guidance, and personnel of different enterprises related to the same business process are brought into a virtual team, so that all personnel related to one business process can work cooperatively on line with high efficiency; and processing of the electronic flow is carried out in the virtual team, so that related personnel canknow the approval progress of the flow at first time and control the flow process.
