According to the scheme provided by the invention, specific business processes are taken as guidance, and personnel of different enterprises related to the same business process are brought into a virtual team, so that all personnel related to one business process can work cooperatively on line with high efficiency; and processing of the electronic flow is carried out in the virtual team, so that related personnel canknow the approval progress of the flow at first time and control the flow process.
