An electronic system for aggregated pricing of linked multi-leg (e.g., equity/option and option/option) asset packages with an additional link to an automated broker system for trading the linked asset packages are disclosed. The invention provides methodology and apparatus to electronically produce aggregated price quotes for packages of instruments designed to represent traditional trading strategies involving cash and their derivatives (e.g., stock and equity options). The system develops packages according to specified strategies, and prices the packages based on the national best bid and offer (NBBO) or direct input from participating market makers and investors. The packages are designed for easy understanding by traditional investors and designed for trading through a single order. These packages are desirable over separately trading the asset and its derivative (e.g., equity and option) instruments because they transfer market volatility risk from the investor to the institution by requiring market makers to agree to the aggregated price of the package prior to executing any trades. Certain linked packages, such as most stocks and options, cannot be traded together on a single floor of an exchange due to restrictions by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding side-by-side trading and integrated market making of most stocks and options. This invention provides an electronic process for synthetic side-by-side trading across separate trading locations (e.g., equity and option exchanges and within the existing rules of the SEC). The electronic process follows traditional rules regarding the manual handling of combination orders involving multiple asset types. The process significantly improves efficiency over manual handling resulting in a system that is scalable to high trade volumes.

The invention discloses a noise power generating device based on a micro-perforated panel structure and relates to the technology of reducing noise and the technology of energy harvesting. The noise power generating device based on the micro-perforated panel structure comprises a micro-perforated silicon wafer, an electricity-conducting support, sensitive piezoelectric films, extraction electrodes and a film supporting body. The micro-perforated silicon wafer is of a sound adsorbing noise lowering structure. The electricity conducting support can not only form a cavity needed by a resonance sound absorption structure but also serve as a structure being connected with electrodes on the piezoelectric films. The lower portion of the silicon wafer is provided with the piezoelectric films. On the one hand, the silicon wafer closes a resonant cavity, and on the other hand, the suspended piezoelectric films above the silicon wafer can continuously vibrate under the action of sound waves and generate polarization charges. In addition, the polarization charges can be collected through an upper layer of film electrodes and a lower layer of film electrodes. According to the noise power generating device based on the micro-perforated panel structure, micro-mechanic electronic process technology is applied, and the silicon wafer is made into the micro-perforated panel structure so as to lower noise. In addition, acoustic energy contained by the noise serves as an energy source of energy harvesting devices, the acoustic energy is converted into electricity, and therefore noise lowering and power generation are mutually promoted. The noise power generating device based on the micro-perforated panel structure has the advantages of being simple in structure and capable of being prepared in batch.

The invention provides a preparation method used for a nanometer air channel, comprising the steps as follows: a photolithography step: the top layer is provided with silicon material and the bottom layer is a substrate surface made of any materials; the exposed patterns are transferred onto a photoresist by a photoetching technique; the minimum line dimension of the pattern is controlled within the nanometer magnitude; an etching step: the photoresist is used as a mask; the silicon material on the top layer is etched by a dry etching technique, thus forming a longitudinal etching channel; an oxidation step: a layer of thin oxidation layer is formed on the surface of the silicon material on the top layer by a thermal oxidation technique; and a deposition step: a chemical vapor deposition technique is utilized and deposition raw material is adopted to fill the silicon oxide into the etching channel, thus finally forming the nanometer air channel. The method overcomes the technical difficulties that the traditional method is difficult to prepare the submicron air channel with triangle section, the waveguide side wall is coarse, and the like, and can prepare the nanometer air channel by a standard micro-electronic process.
