According to the black start method, device and equipment, objects of the emergency equipment are preset and the priorities are set for the emergency equipment to adapt the condition of unstablepower supply of the hybrid generating microgrid in black start, so that the hybrid generating microgrid can firstly provide the existing power-supply power to the emergency equipment with high priorities, thereby maintaining the order of a power supply area and quickly restoring power supply.
