According to the present invention, the polyfunctional purine-based compound modifies nanometer materials so as to substantially improve the adhesion of superhydrophobic nanometer materials during application; the polyfunctional purine-based compound has the purine group so as to improve the durability of superhydrophobic materials; the hydroxyl group of the compound andthe hydroxyl group of a nanometer material are condensed under the catalysis of an acid or alkali to form a hydrophobic material, such that a superhydrophobic material can be obtained by modifying ananometer oxide material with the compound based on the properties so as to improve the durability of the superhydrophobic material; and the remaining hydroxyl groups on the compound can be condensedwith the hydroxyl group on a building exterior wall to form hydrogen bond so as to further increase the adhesion of the compound to the building exterior wall.
