The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-performance
noble metal catalyst. The method comprises the following steps: 1, adding
polyvinylpyrrolidone to
anhydrous ethanol, performing stirring until the
polyvinylpyrrolidone is completely dissolved, then adding
sodium percarbonate, performing mixing, and carrying out a reduced pressure distilling reaction for 2-4 h to obtain a viscous
slurry; 2, adding
tourmaline powder to the viscous
slurry, performing
ultrasonic dispersion for 20-60 min, adding the obtained material into a mold, and carrying out constant-temperature pressurizing curing to obtain a prefabricated block; 3, adding the prefabricated block to
anhydrous ethanol, and carrying out
microwave soaking for 30-60 min to obtain a residual liquid and a porous block; 4, addingpalladium acetate to the residual liquid, performing
ultrasonic dispersion for 2-10 min, and carrying out reduced pressure
distillation to form a concentrated liquid; 5, adding the porous block to the concentrated liquid, taking out the porous block,
drying the porous block, and carrying out
infrared drying for 2-5 h to obtain a prefabricated block; and 6, adding the finally obtained prefabricated block to
acetic acid, carrying out an ultrasonic reaction for 20-40 min, taking out the prefabricated block, and
drying the prefabricated block to obtain the catalyst. The preparation method has theadvantages of strong feasibility, high recyclability and
reusability of the
anhydrous ethanol, and meeting of national
environmental protection requirements.
