The biometric identification safety device comprises a biometric identification information acquisition module and a processing module.The processing module is provided with a nonvolatile storage unit and a processing unit. The nonvolatile storage unit includes a secure storage unit and a universal storage unit. A biometric identification security device with a security electronic key design for storing secret data utilizes TrustZoneTM (or similar technology) and biometric identification authentication technology.
