manufacture example 1

[0325] Production Example 1 (Preparation of Composition (x1))

[0326] (1) Synthesis of urethane acrylate oligomers

[0327] 100 parts by mass of polypropylene glycol having a weight average molecular weight of 3,000 (solid content conversion; the same applies hereinafter), 4 parts by mass of hexamethylene diisocyanate, and 0.02 parts by mass of dioctyltin dilaurate were mixed, and stirred at 80° C. for 6 hours , thus obtaining the reactants. The IR spectrum of the obtained reactant was measured by infrared spectroscopy, and it was confirmed that the isocyanate group almost disappeared.

[0328] Then, 1 mass part of 2-isocyanatoethyl acrylate was mixed with respect to the obtained reactant whole quantity, it stirred at 80 degreeC for 3 hours, and obtained the urethane acrylate oligomer. The IR spectrum of the obtained urethane acrylate oligomer was measured by infrared spectroscopy, and it was confirmed that the isocyanate group almost disappeared. Moreover, when the molecu...

Abstract

Provided is an adhesive sheet comprising a layered body in which an adhesive layer (X1) and a non-adhesive thermally expandable substrate (Y) are directly layered in this order. The layered body is formed by directly layering, in this order, a material for forming the adhesive layer (X1), namely, a coating film (x1') comprising a composition (x1), and a material for forming the thermally expandable substrate (Y), namely, a coating film (y') comprising a composition containing a resin and thermally expandable particles, then simultaneously irradiating the coating film (x1') and the coating film(y') with an energy beam. The adhesive sheet leaves little adhesive residue on the surface of an adherend after being heated and peeled off, has good interfacial adhesion between the substrate and the adhesive layer, and exhibits excellent adhesion during temporary fixing and excellent peelability when heated.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an adhesive sheet. Background technique [0002] The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is used not only for semi-permanently fixing members, but also for temporarily fixing them when processing building materials, interior materials, electronic components, and the like. For such a PSA sheet for temporary fixation, both the adhesiveness at the time of use and the releasability at the time of use are required. [0003] Conventionally, a heat-peelable PSA sheet in which a PSA layer containing thermally expandable particles is provided on a base material is known as a PSA sheet for temporary fixing that satisfies the above-mentioned requirements. The heat-peelable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is characterized in that the heat-expandable particles are foamed or expanded by heating, thereby reducing the adhesive force and enabling easy peeling from the adherend. Therefore, it is used as a temporary fixation means, a la...
