The preparation method comprises a spherical surface processing step and awedge surface processing step, wherein the spherical surface processing step comprises the following sub steps that a glass column is installed into a first station above a first rotary grinding disccapable of ascending and descending, a first image of the first end face of the glass column is collected, the current first protruding height of the glass column relative to a first containing cavityis obtained, the first rotary grinding disc is controlled to rise, and spherical grinding operation is performed; and the wedge surface processing step comprises the following sub steps that glass columns are installed into a second station to obtain the current second protruding heights of all the glass columns, if the second protruding heights are not uniform, first grinding operation is carried out, if the second protruding heights are uniform, the second station is adjusted, then first angles are formed between the glass columns and a second rotary disc, and second grinding operation is carried out.
