The 3D printed titanium alloy metal trabecular test piece prepared by the present invention adopts a cube, and the size of the test piece is an integer multiple of the smallest unit of the bone trabecular. First, by creating a theoretical model of trabecular bone, the theoretical morphological figures of trabecular bone at different cross-sectional positions are obtained; secondly, the surface and internal trabecular bone figures of the specimen trabecular bone at different cross-sections are collected by digital image technology; and then the specified cross-sectional positions are compared The number of holes in the trabecular bone morphological graph of the test piece and the theoretical model trabecular morphological graph is used to calculate the porosity of the trabecular bone in this section; finally, the minimum porosity of the trabecular bone in different sections on the surface and inside of the test piece is taken.
