The general FPGA synchronous trigger controller comprises a synchronous trigger control module, a camera module, a system control module and a stepping control module, wherein the system control module is used for receiving image information transmitted by the camera module,sending setting parameters, receiving error reporting information and processing the error reporting information; the synchronous trigger control module is used for receiving the setting parameters,synchronizing a working state according to the setting parameters and receiving a stepping motion in-place trigger signal, and starting trigger monitoring; the stepping control module is used for outputting the stepping motion in-place trigger signal to the synchronous trigger control module after the stepping is finished; and the camera module is used for receiving the synchronous trigger signal,controlling the camera to synchronously acquire the information of a measuring point and simultaneously sending the picture information to the system control module.
