Abstract

A system comprises a microprocessor U2, a battery, a microprocessorreset heartbeat circuit, a communication module U3, a communication module awakening circuit and a communication module reset circuit which are coupled together. The method comprises: using a TPL5010timer as a heartbeat circuit and a watchdog at the same time; selecting one minute as the heartbeat of the system; awakening the CPU once every minute; in other time, the CPU being in a dormant state;the sleep power consumption of the system being less than 0.4 uA; the current consumption of the TPL5010 timer being only 35nA. The timer can replace an integrated microcontroller timer to execute corresponding functions, so that the microcontroller is in a lower power consumption mode, and the reliability, the low power consumption and the long service life of the system are improved by combining the communication module awakening circuit, the communication module reset circuit and the battery voltage detection circuit.
